Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, you will learn German up to B1 level in your home country before relocating. This usually takes around nine months.

During this period, we also handle your employment paperwork, language certification recognition, and visa application. Once you receive your B1 certificate, you can apply for your visa immediately and, in many cases, arrive in Germany within about a month.

If you already speak German at a higher level, this timeline can be shorter.

Yes. You will receive a provisional employment contract before departure.

This contract allows you to apply for a visa and begin working in Germany as a nursing assistant while completing the steps needed for full professional recognition.

Once you are fully certified, your role will transition to that of a qualified professional, with a higher salary.

Your work authorization is tied to your residence permit.

During your first three years, you may need to renew or adjust your permit. After this period, you can apply for permanent residency, which allows you to live and work in Germany indefinitely, provided you meet the legal requirements.

Yes. Together with your employer, we arrange initial housing for you.

Our mission brings together two goals:

  • Addressing the shortage of skilled healthcare workers in Germany
  • Supporting Christians who wish to live, work, and share their faith abroad

We work closely with local Christian communities, so openness to this environment is important for successful integration.

We manage the entire administrative process for you.

Your role is simply to provide personal documents, sign forms, and assist with certifications when needed.

Before starting, our experts review your documents.

In Germany, your qualifications are officially assessed, and you will usually receive partial recognition, which allows you to obtain a visa.

Once in Germany, you’ll complete additional requirements such as:

  • A B2 German course
  • Preparation for professional exams
  • Or an adaptation program (similar to an extended internship)

During this time, you can already work as an assistant.

Yes. After being matched with an employer, you’ll begin German lessons up to B1 level in your home country.

You will typically complete B2 level in Germany.

All language courses are fully covered – you pay nothing.

We offer structured intercultural training, including monthly sessions with our experts.

These sessions help you adapt to both workplace expectations and everyday life in Germany.

  • Specialized nursing fields
  • Leadership or management roles
  • Teaching or training positions
  • University studies

This depends on your employer. Some workplaces offer prayer rooms or chapels, and some patients may welcome shared moments of prayer.

At the same time, Germany is becoming increasingly secular, and in some regions – especially in the east – many people are unfamiliar with the Christian faith.
